Please visit our map project and see what we found out about some famous scientists. As a class, we created a rubric to help us include all the important facts and information. We used the validating rubric from www.edorigami.wikispaces.com to make sure we used a bibliography and checked our sources.

A few people have asked how I put a slide show of the assembly pics into our blog…..
1. I imported the pics from my camera into my photo program.
2. I exported them to a site called flickr and created a photo set.
3. I exported them from flickr to a site called slideshare and created the slide show.
4. I got the html code from slideshare and embedded it into my blog post (just like you have to when you are adding a virtual pet to the blog)
It all took about 15 minutes

This is my new virtual pet its nanme is fiona in memory of my rabbit fiona I made it pink because pink was its favourite colour I think.

FIRE OF THE DRAGON
The smell of blood filled the air and the enemeis battle cries could be heard nearby.
“The enemy has broken through our first line of defences” General Katio said uncomforta-bly.
A wounded soldier burst through the gates and exlaimed “the dragon fire has gone out!” the Dragon Fire is a conection between the spirits and mortal life.
The Emporer looked at the Amulet of Amuria ” it is the only Thing that can restore the fire” “it is a long way through enemy lines” General Katio exclaimed. “my son is fit for battle, so he shall accept this quest.” the emporer announced.
The battle was even now, and a brave strong warrior was defending the castle strong-hold, the sky was black and more blood was yet to be spilt.
“YOUR PLACE IS IN DEATH!” the evil lord dagon bellowed, as he thrust his sword at Prince Saluran “But all know they must face it!” the Prince said as he dodged a deadly blow to the head and quickly shoved his blade inbetween the lord’s chest and neck plates. He stumbled backwards, clutching his throat, he groaned in agony as he fell to the floor.
“Dagon is dead, RETREAT!!!”
The next morning the prince was called to the castle and told of his quest. And so, he set off in search ofthe Dragon Fire.
Along the way he found a straggler, a soldier from the battle that didn’t make it back to his battalion, and he went with the Prince. But they were yet to face many perils, for the dragon fire had been taken!!!!!!
One day a very long time ago there lived a young boy with a strange power and that power is making things move. He has a shield that is very strong and it just pops up with no warning. So let’s just call it magic for now.
This is my story. On the 14th of the 6th month 1973 Kong did the dumbest thing of all time. He went to the park to play where he saw some bullies hitting kids.
So – oh yes – I did not tell you his name.
His name is Kong.
Kong went up to the bullies and said, “stop it now.” The bullies stopped and looked at him and Kong felt very powerful so the bullies charged at him so Kong picked them up and stuck to the monkey bars and stuck there fingers up there nose. And span them around and around and Kong felt happy with him self and after 4 minutes the bullies felt sick. So Kong said to the bullies “will you hit any more kids” the bullies said “no we wont hit any more kids” so Kong let them go and Kong went up to the kid and said when were you born the kid said the 6th of 6th month 1966 which is 666 the devils number so Kong will have to sort out a another problem the end

The Llama wars
Long Long ago which wasn’t that long ago there was a war in 2000 involving 6 llamas but no one knows how the war started. They think the war started when one of the smart llamas put a bomb under the ground and it blew up a factory.
The Federal police got involved in how the explosion happened who did it and how.
The only person that knew was the bombers friend. But like all good friends they wouldn’t tell on their best friend.

So the federal police stayed there all night and then they found llama footprints right wear the explosion apparently happened. So Then they got the llamas that were on the 2000 km property. There were at least 56 llamas but the same footprint for 6 of the llamas which totally shocked the federal police and the crime scene investigators.
Then They noticed that there was another bomb not exploded so then they got the bomb squad. The bomb squad didn’t get there till 9 hrs later. So by then the bomb was beeping slow but gaining speed. So as soon as the bomb squad got there they just got the wire cutters and carefully got down near the bomb and cut the wires.
Then with 1 second left the timer stopped. And then they continued their investigation. So then they didn’t know how to solve the case but now 9 years later there has just been another discovery near where the explosion happened. It was a dead llama up in the tree in one if the branches. Then They only just spotted a finger half ripped off from a human hand. ********************************
It was the farmers so somehow the llama or a neighbour or a worst rival chopped it off. So then they gave the finger to the lab, then they examined it. (But going back to the explosions and the bombs now) The Case still hasn’t been solved. But just then the police officer in charge just came into the room and said the case has just been solved. (Then They All start celebrating) Then the police officer said “oh right sorry wrong room false alarm.” Then the police officer in charge with that case just came in and said any Leeds in the case, but then the officer in charge saw that they were celebrating. And then the officer said why r u guys celebrating. Then The Other officers said we don’t know. Then the boss said “okay then.” Then the case never got solved.
